Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority and we want you to love everything you order from The Curv'd Experience. If you are dissatisfied with your online purchase for any reason, you may exchange your merchandise within 3 days of delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must still have tags attached, be unworn, and with a copy of the paid invoice.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Gift cards, accessories, lingerie, swim wear and intimate apparel are all final sale. 

All sale merchandise is final and not eligible for exchange. 

If you ship an item for exchange we suggest that you use delivery confirmation. The Curv'd Experience is not responsible for any lost merchandise.
